Sometimes were the engine, sometimes the caboose, always a push-me pull-you as Dr. Dolittle would say. The children are out future, without hope in their hearts were lost. Your a good family-man Aye, strong and kind and smart.
Ah, the old engine-caboose thing. Funny you should mention it, back when I was in kindergarten I was very into trains, just like the little guy is now. The teacher would put together a weekly or monthly newsletter with various class happenings and mimeograph copies for all the parents. In one of these, there was the tale of how one day after we had lined up and were filing into the class, I was bringing up the rear, I told the teacher, "I wanted to be the engine, but I ended up as the caboose!!!"
I guess that is still always the way, sometimes. But hey, if you're not the engine, you won't be the first at the end of the tracks, either!!!
