Yah, her name is muffin...I just made it up :)
This one at my feet I call Mic the Meathead...but I love him. He came from Fox Terrier Rescue, a kennel raised show dog...lucky me:( He was abused and sick when I took him, he didn't even know how to play or chew on a bone. The best thing is, he's happy and healthy now. He may have pooped on the floor before he learned better, but he never pooped on me. Only people do that to each other...why?...it's a learned habit.
Glad you like the pic Serenity, that little baby is biteable cute huh?

Mic is sure lucky to have you, your love and understanding, Susan. Poor defenseless animals. I just can't understand how some people can abuse and mistreat them.

Yes, people do poop on each other, and that is just as wrong, in my honest opinion. I can't understand why some feel the need to do that either. There's alot that I don't understand.

That little baby is so precious. I just want to take it and hold it, kiss it's sweet little pink puppy tummy, smell that sweet puppy breath, feel it's warmth against my face and keep it soooo safe against my heart. And, I would care less if it did poop on me, cuz I'd just grab a tissue and wipe it off and just give it a whole lot more love. Little baby animals make me cry. Always have, most likely always will.

Precious pup, Susan. And so little. Of course, that is one of the traits that make 'um so precious. All animals are cute when small and cuddley. Then, after they have stolen our hearts, they grow up and develop habits that are not so cute. By then you are hooked.

Considering Mic's history, I think he is a fairly well adjusted pooch now. Unfortunately, he is like the human male species though. He wants all the attention of everyone and voices displeasure when he doesn't get it. (Not knocking all males Aye, for there are exceptions. But I even see this trait in my own sons sometimes.)

Serenity, you and my best friend share the puppy breath thingy. I'm not sure why but it seems to bring back some positive childhood memory for her.

Although animals don't poop on people, they still fight amongst themselves. There is a hierarchy that must be established. If any other animal dares to vary from the established hierarchy, they are open game.

Much the same as people. It is sad to say we are on the same level as animals in our behaviors at times. We are suppose to be superior on that chain of evolution. Taint so in too many instances.

With our ability to reason, to love and to communicate, one would think we could get along better. However, some use our differences to attack, belittle and hate. So sad.

On a happier note, I am thankful for all you wonder women (and Aye), who try, thru blogging, to help others heal. Thanks to all who spread love and acceptance thru your words. You keep my heart hopeful that, one day, our world will change for the better.
