You're welcome!
The bear print is a gift from my Spanish and Art teacher Charlene.
There was a time not so long ago that I wanted to be a painter. Good paint is very expencive, unless you know how to make your own, and sad to say, I never learned the craft of making paint.
My mother was a wonderful artist, and I'm blessed to have saved her, "Woman At The Well" painting.
I'll take a photo of it.
Anyway, writing is fun too, and my place doesn't smell like turpentine, or boiled linseed oil any more.

do you make that painting? the one with the woman? and the birds and little furry guy? It looked to me like she was holding a baby. Reminded me of Mary in the forrest with her child.

Hummm. Yes it's my painting, but I must say it was painted with a friend artist...it's a long story, so what I'm saying is, it wasn't painted by my hand alone.
The figure is a little girl in a spirit forest, she has a monkey face like Hanuman(a Christ figure in the Hindo pantheon)...she is cradling an owl, and yes you are very cleaver to see what the paintings really means. There are many animals in the painting.

Google "Franz Marc", he was a wonderful German Impressionist painter who died in the first world war.(1880-1916)
My painting is not a copy, and yet it is in memory of a kindered spirit.
Again Pank, thank you for your kind words. For some reason not many have said they like my paints. People these days don't seem to want to think, they want "Experts" to tell them what art is, in contrast to listening to their hearts when it comes to the soul of a painting.

btw The little furry guy has quills, it's the baby porkypine I raised.
I'm glad you like Marc's paints. If my painting were ever to be xrayed, there are other animals that were painted over while composing the scene.

When painting, I don't look at pictures and copy like most people do. I let the painting unfold on it's own, freely, like a mystery.
That's what makes painting fun.
